You’re getting up, they’re filming.

I was thinking about layers and lenses when I made this one. Looking through screens past people and into the night. The feeling of being filmed, the power of filming. The line between documenting and reveling. The timelessness of fear. The pixel, the dot and the star.

This print derived from a linocut, which I then added hand cut halftone patterns to, then colored in photoshop, then handed it off to Jon for the screen printing. Some more layers.
